ACCEPTANCE TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. The reservation of the property implies acceptance of this regulation. The booker answers it personally, even for the people who accompany it.
  2. Rates Prices are expressed in Euros and are understood by apartment and for the requested period. The agreed price includes consumption (electricity, water and gas), kitchen linen with weekly change, bedding and bathroom with weekly change, possible parking for a parking space / scooter and the use of common areas.
  3. The price does not include the security deposit, any damages and any other services requested by the customer that will have to be paid on site.
  4. We reserve the right to change the published prices of our apartments at any time and without notice. However, the price agreed at the time of booking (excluding any extras), will not be changed under any circumstances.

BOOKING & DOWN PAYMENT

  1. It is possible to make an online reservation using the booking system on our website. To confirm the booking, your data, a telephone number, an email address, the holiday period, the number of people, the details of a valid credit card (validity will be verified by debiting and immediately after reversing the amount of € 1.00) that will be kept as a guarantee of the reservation in accordance with our cancellation policy.
  2. Case Garda Leisure reserves the right to pre-authorization. The balance will be made on arrival. Alternatively, a 30% advance can be made by bank transfer or paypal (payment by paypal provides a 5% surcharge on the amount to be paid) and the balance, in this case, must arrive 10 before arrival.
  3. Note. In case of transfer, the guest has 24 hours to make the deposit payment, while the balance must be credited to us already on the tenth day before arrival. (E.g. Arrival January 15, the transfer must be available in our account on January 5th). In case of non-refundable rate, the full amount by credit card must be anticipated. If the above times are not respected, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the accommodation will be made available for new requests. CANCELLATION PENALTY

  1. Cancelled bookings up to 10 days before arrival do not incur any charges (Arrival January 15 =Free cancellation by midnight on January 4), so pre-authorization will be reversed or the deposit will be returned.
  2. Cancellations made after this period result in the loss of the full amount.
  3. In case of early departure, the full agreed booking amount will still be retained.
  4. In case of discounted rate, non-refundable, no amount will be refunded in any case.
  5. The reservation must be changed or cancelled in writing, if within the deadline, by sending an email and must be confirmed in writing by the operators.

JULY AND AUGUST CANCELLATION PENALTY

  1. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 20 days before the expected date of arrival, no charge is charged.
  2. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 15 days before the expected date of arrival, 30% of the entire stay is charged.
  3. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 10 days before the expected date of arrival, 50% of the entire stay is charged.
  4. In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, the full amount of the stay is charged. In case of early departure, the full agreed booking amount will still be retained.
  5. In case of discounted rate, non-refundable, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.
  6. The reservation must be changed or cancelled in writing, if within the deadline, by sending an email and must be confirmed in writing by the property.

THERE HAS BEEN UNAVAILABILITY OF HOUSING

  1. If force majeure prevents customers from making the booked accommodation available to customers, THE OWNERS reserve the right to be able to assign another accommodation with similar or higher characteristics at the same price, or in extreme cases to cancel the reservation, reimbursing the tourist the amount paid without the latter being able to make further claims for compensation in any capacity. Please note that outside of what you have paid nothing else will be refunded or compensated. Therefore, no claim for compensation will be considered.

RULES ON THE MANAGEMENT OF HOLIDAY HOMES

  1. As required by the regional law of holiday homes, the manager obliges the change of linen weekly and the cleaning of the apartment at each customer change.Any extra change of linen, requested by the customer has a cost of € 15.00 per person, to be paid in cash at the exchange itself.
  2. Linen means sheets and a set of towels (personal, face and shower) per person. The housing units are equipped with beds, pillows and blankets, wardrobe, hangers, drawers, bedside tables or shelves, central lighting, lamps or bedside appliques, table for the consumption of meals with chairs, armchairs or sofas in the living room with places equal to the number of hospitable people, broom, scoop, bucket, floor rag. All this will have to be related to the number of beds.
  3. The kitchens are equipped with an oven kitchen, refrigerator, sink with scolapiatti, a kitchen battery, two kitchen knives, 1 sugar bowl, a coffee maker, a schoolboy, a salad bowl, a grater, a juicer, a bottle opener/corkscrew, a can opener, a milk jug, a trash can with plastic bags, a tablecloth, napkins and kitchen towels. For each hostable person: two knives, two forks, two spoons, two teaspoons, two flat plates, a bottom plate, two glasses, a cup, a cup.
  4. The bathrooms, in addition to linen, are equipped with waste basket, mirror and contiguous socket for electricity, shelf, scope, bath mat.

PRIVACY POLICY D.LGS No. 196/03.

  1. As provided for in Art. 13 of Legislative Decree 196/03, Case Garda Leisure will proceed with the processing of personal data provided by you in compliance with the legislation on the protection of the processing of personal data.
  2. In accordance with and for the effects of this legislation, the processing carried out is based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and the rights of the customer.Data provision is optional.
  3. In case of non-provision of the same, the property will not be able to take into account the request for stay within its structure. Your data are only used for registration and delivery obligations to the P.S. authorities as described by the T.U.L.P.S..
  4. Personal data will not be retained for advertising or other purposes if expressly declared and subscribed by the customer.The personal data provided by you are collected electronically and processed, also with the help of electronic means. The Data Controller is Case Garda Leisure.
  5. This Regulation shall apply immediately.Failure to comply with even one of the above rules involves the withdrawal of the reservation and the removal from the guest building with loss of what has already been paid.
